The worker taking orders in store, my receipt says her name is Ieshia, was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Upon entering the store, the employee was speaking on her phone whilst the man in front of my partner and I was waiting for his order to be taken. NEVER HAVE I EVER in all 10+ years of visiting DD have I been told they cannot remake my drink because I didn’t purchase it there. The manager Iesha stated she would be wasting her inventory if she remade my purchased drink because it’s from a different location. I am beyond baffled. The whole purpose of buying coffee from Dunkin is when THEIR INCOMPETENT staff messes up your order you can go to ANY OTHER Dunkin for a remake. Another reason why Starbucks is taking over.
