:WHATS WRONG WITH THE FRIES IN WESTERN MA? THEY TASTE LIKE OIL EXTRA OIL AND EXTRA SALTY?-people on complaining everywhere from greenfield, MA from West Springfield, MA Riverdale franchise.- tasted like they dipped their old fries into the greese again and salted them and handed them out. People have been to the hospital from this. I can't name names on a huge public review though. That's their own doing.-how's it possible two different counties are having this same issue? This place is a joke! Never order from here ! They mess up your order all the time ! And is very rude and nasty here ! Ack like they don’t understand what you are saying ! I will not be back !

so slow. i ordered a six piece mcnugget and i only received four out of the six nuggets. when we received our bag of food, the lady immediately shut the window without any words. “have a nice night”, or anything for that matter, would’ve been nice. don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle speaking to customers!
