Drive through has been horrible lately. A service van is there every morning and takes over 15 to 20 minutes to fill their order. RIDICULOUS!!!! I'm done

Closes at 10pm. Asked for a hot tea at 9:55 and was told they were closed. Said the turned off ALL the machines and can’t help me. I worked for Dunkin for 7yrs off and on. Not EVER is the hot water not available upon closing. It’s never touched! The fact your laying at the drive thru counter but can’t make a hot tea????

Experience has shown this location is always on point! Croissants are soft and fresh. The staff knows how to make drinks. Avoid going to the hood location on Sumner inside the gas station. Come spend your money here. You deserve it. Thank you for being consistently good!

They have somehow managed to gather the most ignorant and lazy Dunkin’s crew possible. Save yourself 20-30 minutes and go to the Dunkin’s a few hundred feet away in the new world gas station.
When we got there with the kids, we had to wait in line for 30 minutes, although we were the first! There was only one worker and he was very slow. he had some kind of scandal with the guest on the drive thru, and he began to swear loudly while there were children around

There is an employee at this location who displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. She charged me for a snack and bacon, but only gave me regular bacon because she needed to start closing the store. It was around 7:15 pm when I arrived, with the store closing at 10 pm. She even called me names when I asked for a refund. She insisted she does not give refunds and asked me to speak to a manager. I am concerned about the training that this person received to work at Dunkin'.
