Best DD in the 413 area! Fastest drive-thru throughout the region. I pulled up with 5 cars ahead of me and 4 minutes later pulled out with my order in hand. Employees have been very friendly, professional and great to deal with. Ofcourse the food is great too! Great job you guys!!
I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes. I said hello several times, honked my horn and nothing!!! I decided to leave and looked in the window, the two workers were sitting down at tables. Ridiculous!!!!
Rudest employee ever, Felicia works there. I had my second awful experience with her, and I am contacting corporate again. Nasty attitude, and she wouldn't accept my perks coupon, along with a refill cup. I told her other people do it, and other Dunkin' Donuts do it, she said she wasn't other people, and said she can't take it. I told her to ring it separately then, and she said she couldn't do that.
