They are always delayed with my mobile order. The staff is very short fused and rude! They’re always speaking Spanish and rolling their eyes when you remind them that your order is wrong or that you’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for a mobile order!!! They need a whole new set of staff.

The coffee always taste terrible and my orders are always wrong. It sucks having to be in a rush for work and wasting almost 5$ on a coffee that tastes burnt and gross and have things missing out your order. There is a manager that works there and she is super nice and she makes everything good she’s awesome. But usually I don’t get to see her and everything that I get that’s not from her is awful.

Drive thru service is not good , for me it’s raining outside they haven’t responded to me few minutes and after ordering within 15 seconds they gave me one and I asked for tropical guava lemonade refreshner and it tastes like green tea flavor ,sorry if the tropical guava does taste like green tea.

This is a hood location! Here you will find babies with bad attitudes and bricks for croissants. If you kindly ask for replacements for said bricks, you will be scoffed at by said babies with bad attitudes. Take your money and go across the street to the Dunkin’ Donuts location on Allen Street. They stay on point! I will never go back.

Ordered a dozen donuts and two large coffee, waited about 5 min just to get coffee and another 2 min to not get a dozen donuts but got 5 donuts in a bag, I paid for a dozen not 5 donuts this place is a rip off!

This dunkin is terrible. Lady asked me like 4 times how i want my coffee, wouldnt let me finish explaining how i wanted it. Got to the window, i explained it again. And she STILL made a mistake. Asked her to fix it and she walked away and asked like she was fixing it. But gave me the same coffee she messed up. This place needs to be closed.
Drive through service agent was lazy. I was waiting for a minute to order. And when I called her, she said wait. And her voice was not gentle. I felt like why l came here. I better go to another location. Dunkin donuts management is failing.

Who ask for a coffee with 6 brown sugars that’s is so nasty when I said 6 cream & 6 sugars iced & they give me a latte.
