Terrible customer service. There is no focus on inside customers, the only focus is on those that come thru the drive thru. I’m not going to stand around and wait for 5 mins to order 1 donut when y'all take multiple drive thru orders during that time.

Everything about this location is terrible. The drinks, food and most importantly the staff. The entire staff needs to be fired. The staff do not follow any instructions on mobile orders and get an attitude when they make your drink incorrectly. They also refuse service to anyone (even if you have a mobile orders) after 5:20pm even though their store doesn’t close until 6pm. Replace the staff with people who actually know what they are doing.

They had gotten my order wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, I asked the gentleman to butter the bagel, order a coffee and hash browns. What I received was a buttered everything bagel, sans the bacon egg &cheese. And the hash browns were over cooked. By the time I realized, I had already driven away and needed to get to a training. Im disappointed. 😑

I order my coffee there every day and it seems that the pregnant woman was in a bad mood today and she's giving orders like she can't, I'm paying for it with my cool money, not yours. If I tell you extra candy, it's just that Give it to me how I ask you, not how you feel like it, if you don't like to work, then don't work... How I miss the employees from before, they serve you with love and prepare things the way the customers want. To the big manager who takes action on the matter because it is because of employees like them that they lose customers 😒

I bought an iced coffee. Let me tell u it was phenomenal and legit most days it alwYs is. Best coffee this dunk by center St Chicopee ma and the other Dunkin again in the gas station by the pike in palmer Ma ooo and bonsville ma as well best dunkins 4 coffee and service too!!!

This locations quality is horrendous. They are the reason I stopped getting Dunkin’ Donuts drinks a couple years ago. I wanted a sandwich recently and the entire food order was charred. 0/10. Don’t waste your money and time here.
