The staff were very rude and my order wasn't even started yet when I got there and I was picking up a door dash delivery for a customer.. so I had to wait 4 mins until someone even came to the counter to wait on me.. then I had to wait another 7 mins for the food and drinks to be ready.. mind you I accepted the delivery about 15 mins prior and I'm sure the customer ordered it before that.. also when I asked for a receipt (because door dash was requiring me to do a pick...

I love my DD coffee but sometimes the employees need to pay more attention to their customers order. Six corners DD on Hancock St is the worst DD ever. They're not fast, friendly or courteous. Awful customer service

Dunkin has been on a steady decline in satisfaction. From plain tasting sandwiches to coffee not being prepared the way the costumer had asked for. I've been going to Dunkin less and less as the months progress.
