You guys have to get it together here, this has to be the worse Dunkin’ Donuts In Western mass in my opinion. The staff is terrible the coffee is terrible because most the employees are poorly trained or not at all. There always out if stock of most important items to complete a order. It you want a signature drink you best keep driving because this Dunkin has been incapable of making any signature drinks I order.

Their business hours says open till 8 they were all there hiding from customers like they don’t want to work! They could be seen in the establishment! Got there at 7:17 and honked and waited and no one answered. I left but this is an inconvenience for people that cannot travel far for a cup of coffee! Especially if you’re working and don’t have much time thanks to your staff I could not get my coffee. Sad night.

My husband's coffee order was rang in wrong, we pointed it out, they made him a new one. Still made it the same way as before. He ordered pumpkin spice, and got Caramel swirl, the second time he got the same thing. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this place, but it's the last time we will be visiting this location. ?♀️

Do not go here. Multiple times at this location and the same result. Hoping the next experience would be better. Only 1 car picking up their order, only one in line is me. Now over 5 mins and no answer. At this point I got another DD location in mind. Upon driving by I could the the workers inside just eyeing me. All you had to do was make my coffee. F..this location. Now I’m calling all my friend who goes here to stop. Oh yeah we are service providers and work on the rd daily. FYI. Too many chances to f up my day.

0 stars if I could. I waited with my spouse in line for around 20 minutes on 9/3. once we arrived to the speaker we got the rudest response and from someone in the food service there is no reason to treat a customer with so much disrespect from the start. My bagel bites were cold as well.
No staff. Coffee was horrible. They don’t even have change to give back. Hass browns are 8pcs they give 5-6. The stash the bags up of food and put hash browns in the bottom so you don’t check in the window. You guys need to hire more staff and get a new manager because the ones there not doing a good job.

Every food item except for donuts &coffee all has a chemical taste,all food taste the same,from hash browns to bagels to sandwiches all have this wierd chemical taste.. dont the workers eat it and think the same? Never buy food since I gave it 5xs of trying...still same taste

This dunkin is awful. I would not recommend anyone to go here. The drive thru traps u, so if the wait is too long, once u r in the drive thru line, u can't get out. And let me guarantee u, no matter if there is 1 car or 5 cars in front of u, the wait in drive thru here is never less than 15 min. I have called and placed complaints while I was trapped in the line, they always state they will look into it. It has never changed. U can't even go inside most times cause they close the lobby stating they don't have enough staff. The last time I went here, I waited in the drive thru line for 17 minutes only to get to the speaker to be told they had no milk or cream available for my coffee. This place is horrible 90% of the time.
