Staff is very rude and disrespectful
I was there Saturday July 25th at 3:35pm. The most trashy customer service if thats what you want go ahead use them. I had placed a drive thru pick up mobile order. When i went to pick up grilled cheese was missing so i had to wait. Also had ordered caramel craze iced latte but what i got was pure milk asked them to add coffee this is what i got with a nasty attitude and dirty looks. Love it or we'll remake it yea right just make it right the first time.
Sunday 7/12 at 10:40am my wife’s experience was less than unacceptable! She was greeted with a “hello?” at drive through by a rude employee who continuously cut her off while ordering. My wife was simply trying to confirm she had the correct order because as I mentioned before she would cut her off while ordering as to try and speed up the process.
