As I place my order, I am informed that there is no food. As I pull up to the window I only see two workers the manager and employee, we need to get people who want to work and who are responsible it's not fair that these women had a line of cars and there was no one else in the store to help them.
I always like coming to this Dunkin, they are always fast and efficient. They never mess up what I have, however I think they need new head sets ! Can you buy them some please ! It causes conflict between customer and them when their equipment doesn’t work and they can’t hear! The lady was super happy to help me at the window when there was a miscommunication and it’s because of the poor technology they have! Dunkin' Donuts is not what it used to be I remember when I was a kid all the donuts were made fresh and delicious now they don't taste very good at all. Matter of fact they change some of their recipes over the years the Boston cream is just barely any cream in it inside of it at all. I remember back in the day when it was filled with like banana pudding and it was very good now it's not so good and tasty like it used to be.
