Great people took them a sec to notice me but hey nothing it's perfect in the world and they had a great attitude fast and great service all around. Lobby could be a bit cleaner when not busy. But great job guys love it every time.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a parking for disabled people and the doors are hands free so ez access also great location next to the bus stop.

All these Dunkin donuts in this area are so poorly run it's not worth wasting your time to get the wrong order or not get what you ordered. Not sure what the problem is with these Springfield locations but they all have the same type of employees who don't care are rude and seemingly undereducated for a Dunkin donuts job. Same type of management that can't run a simple crew with a limited menu. The attitude of the employees is as bad as it gets. Listening to them...

This dunkin is awful. I would not recommend anyone to go here. The drive thru traps u, so if the wait is too long, once u r in the drive thru line, u can't get out. And let me guarantee u, no matter if there is 1 car or 5 cars in front of u, the wait in drive thru here is never less than 15 min. I have called and placed complaints while I was trapped in the line, they always state they will look into it. It has never changed. U can't even go inside most times cause they...
