El Sazón Criollo Restaurant & Pizza

I waited for 20 minutes for sandwich I had to dump in the trash when I got home. I ordered a pernil sandwich and got only the meat and ketchup nothing I asked for I got. No lettuce no tomatoes no onions and on top of that full of grease, made even the bread moist and falling apart. Definitely not going again, rice was dry on the steam table.

Family oriented restaurant excellent services friendly and the food is out of this world deliciousness on every bite! Recommend to give a try .....owner Waleska Colon n family are awesome so are the crew along!!!

Was disappointed Periodttttt!!! Waited nearly an hour for our food... and my food arrived cold. It was returned w what seemed microwaved. Food definitely lacked that criollo flavor from Latino kitchen. We felt rushed, as the began to close 30 minutes prior to closing time. Won't be returning!

Yellow rice with sausage, chicken with broth, potato and carrots,it's being years,long years since I do not taste a Puerto rícan food,like home made,they do,a good food,I hope it's no temporary,like most others restaurant arounnd.5 plus starts for you guys,keep the good job.

Love your frituras and the variety of food here. I’ve been getting them since before your move but please season your potato balls they are getting more and more bland lacking all of the flavor that’s supposed to come with it. Just honest constructive criticism.

Very bad experience with the sandwiches, I ordered a triplet sandwich and it didn't even have chips inside like before and don't get me started on the one I ordered, it was a pork sandwich, I ordered it with everything and they only added mustard and ketchup, whoa, no one eats it. Extremely cold and the soft bread and the piña coladas not of the original color and almost tasteless and super expensive there I won't go back again

I ordered a sandwich for 7$ for ham and cheese no place states to add salad and tomato’s so you would think that it comes with it. Me and my co workers faithfully order from there and this would be the last time I order. You didn’t just loose one customer you lost 4 customers.
