Frankie & Johnnie's Pizza

We have been regular patrons of this fast food establishment for several years and have always been satisfied with their service. Last night, we placed an order and were unexpectedly informed that we owed $5 from a previous visit. My husband politely queried the accuracy of this claim, as we consistently review our orders and leave tips. To ensure the accuracy of our payments, I always verify the bill and hand over the payment before receiving our order. We have never experienced any issues with F&J or any other establishment and I am extremely disappointed how this accusation was handled. Perhaps a staff member may have miscommunicated or miscounted the order. Please investigate this matter internally before accusing a loyal customer of underpaying.

Staff extremely unhelpful and rude. Missed 2 items off my order and refused to deliver or help me take care of it. I ordered from them all the time I don't think I will be going back

I ordered Spaghetti with meatballs. The price was ok because it came with salad and garlic bread. The pasta just didn’t have much sauce and was bland. The staff was sort of rude, just what’s your name, gave me the food and that’s it. I waited for “you’re all set, or here’s your receipt and have a nice day.” At least let me know something… I had to ask if I was all set and could if I could have my receipt. Gave me receipt and looked else where. ?? I give 3 stars cause Ik the ice cream is good?
