We saw a Tik Tok about Frigos, and were curious. Honestly, it is one of the best food experiences around. It is not a restaurant, it is a place that is set up like a market. We go every Friday, and never are we ever disappointed with the choices, the service, and the PRICES are super reasonable!
In this economy, you can get a good hearty meal here and it won't break your bank or empty your pockets! Case and point, we got a 12 inch Turkey Pot Pie for $10 the other day... and we got 2 meals for 2 ppl out of it... and it was one of the best we have ever eaten! The ratings speak for itself here... Try it!

Like many people, I have been a frequent customer of Frigo's for years and years. Today, I picked up some cannolis for my mom. It was very disappointing to see that they are now skipping filling the center of the cannoli with frosting : ( This is a cheap trick you would expect from Walmart, not the best Italian deli and bakery in Western Mass. Also, the cashier did not give me a receipt. Spent $22+ on six cannolis . The price seems reasonable, but they should definitely fill the entire pastry, and not pull some BS like this.

We ordered several items from the deli which was well laid out and everything looked delicious. Unfortunately, 3 of the 5 items I came home with were so over salted they were inedible and had to be thrown out. The stuffed cabbage was delicious however. Ask for a taste first.

It was our first time in their store today, and by 9 am, we had 9 food items in our basket. Thank you, Nick, for such great service. We just ate the meat lasagna and potato salad for lunch- excellent! Yummy! 5 stars all around. It's a truly traditional Italian deli. We will be repeat customers!

I love walking through the doors of Frigo's on William Street. The smell of cheeses and sauces cooking, along with the food presented in the glass case invite me to linger for a while and find new treats. Joe & the entire Frigo Family employees are welcoming & lightly offer suggestions of the day. Listening to their suggestions has paid off with cuisine I might have skipped but now are favorites in our family. If you are looking at reviews and haven't been to Frigo's yet, I encourage you to walk through those doors, take in a huge breath and look around at the many options of fresh, fantastic cuisine that can be anything from a sandwich casually consumed immediately, or a gourmet meal to heat up at home. If you are a local & haven't been to Frigo's for a while - I offer the same advice. BUYING LOCAL has so many advantages... You have somewhere around 10,000 taste buds and Frigo's Foods make them all dance!

I just had the worst possible sandwich from this my favorite place because I went and got cute. One tweak went way overboard and it was inedible. Lesson is you can take stuff out, but don't add. Just don't.
