As a tradition, my family goes to Soc Trang on Christmas Eve after Mass at our church for a family get together. This year we had 13 people enjoy appetizers of spring rolls and grilled beef skewers. Everyone enjoyed their meal time and; .. I had the stir fry shrimp. Delish! We will continue w this tradition ♡
