“I came back again and went shopping this time I changed the menu... tenders with fries, x2.I ordered quesadillas with chicken, a canned Coca-Cola, $38.00, it was very good. I didn't finish everything because it was a lot, but the others ate. Friendly treatment, very helpful. Some speak Spanish. There are some waiting chairs and a table to eat there. There is a health service. Recommended it looks very clean. And orderly. You can see kitchen area which is good.Parking: Front of the premises, X10 more or lessKid-friendliness: They have space on the menu..Wheelchair accessibility: It is in front of the flat parking lot, the door is wide and you can pass through it.“

“Delicious food at a great price. The chicken in the sandwich feel apart as you bit into it and was seasoned perfectly. The steak wrap has a salty taste to it which made it amazing. The sambuus were made with a fluffy fried dough that went great with the beef. If you're thinking of going to Dominos or Taco Bell down the street I'd give this place a shot instead. Great value and lots of options.“

“I worked here for over ten years. The place has great food! Yes, it can be expensive. Go to McDonald's. They're expensive too. If you ask for your food fresh, they will make it fresh, so anyone who comments that it taste stale probably went around closing time, who has fresh food around closing time.. no one. The workers are clean even if the place doesn't look all that great but it's been around for 15 years real people real food.“

“I know what you're thinking here, isn't Crown Fried Chicken (like Kennedy Fried Chicken, Lincoln Fried Chicken, etc.) one of those stereotypical "ghetto" junk-food chains? The answer of course is "yes," Crown is a "hood institution" when it comes to chains that make cheap, fast fare such as fried chicken, pizza, burgers, grinders, french fries, beef patties and the like. I don't think anybody would ever argue that Crown or other similar chains (like the aforementioned Kennedy and Lincoln) are purveyors of gourmet cuisine or offering a high-end dining experience. That said, they have earned a spot at the top of my personal pizza restaurant rankings for the city of Springfield for one simple reason; they're a Halal restaurant that doesn't serve any pork. What that means is I can walk into Crown and order a large peperoni pizza with a clear conscience knowing I'm not violating the Judeo-Islamic prohibition against the consumption of swine! If you're not from a culture that eschews the flesh of pigs you probably don't realize how big a deal this is, but trust me when I say that having access to non-pork peperoni is a huge treat. Local Little Caesars restaurants used to sell all-beef peperoni, and up until a few months after 9/11 the Afghani-owned Kings Pizza behind the Civic Center sold Halal pies, but not any more. Since discovering Crown's anti-swine policy they've fast become one of my favorite local fast-food spots and they now have the lions share of my pizza dollar on lockdown. It helps that the pizza is actually GOOD, with a fluffy and perfectly chewy crust, a tastily sweet and tomato-y sauce and a generous layer of gooey mozzarella cheese in addition to whatever toppings one chooses. Like I said, peperoni is a treat, but their ground beef pizza is amazing too, literally COVERED in tasty browned beef crumbles to the point of weighing it down, and their zesty BBQ chicken pie is absolutely delicious! I only rarely order fried chicken because I don't like bones, but in the absence of old-school Western Massachusetts chicken giant Jim Dandy the folks at Crown are filling the fried chicken void. Their grinders, particularly the cheeseburger grinder and the fried chicken cutlet grinder, are unbelievably tasty, if a tad on the small side, and come with huge bags of their crisp, flavorful fries. If you want some chicken with those fries they also serve chicken nuggets that rival the quality and taste of Wendy's patented "crispy chicken nuggets," so a 20-piece is recommended. Aside from the aforementioned pizza in both pie and slice form my favorite item on the Crown Fried Chicken and Pizza menu is the Jamaican beef patty with coco bread, sliced open and stuffed with melty cheese and peperoni! Unlike most Jamaican restaurants (who use American cheese slices) Crown uses mozzarella on their beef pattys, and coupled with the addition of peperoni this makes for a unique mix of flavors in every hot, spicy, crusty, cheesy bite. Seriously, if you want a small taste of junk-food heaven visit your nearest Crown Fried Chicken location and order a Jamaican beef patty with cheese, peperoni and coco bread! As for service, the folks at the downtown Springfield location are always friendly, make sure I get my food as fast as possible, and are never anything less than 100% accurate with my order. I can't speak for any of the other Crown locations around the world, but the people at the counter and in the kitchen on Main Street know what they're doing and do it right. Being an inner-city fast-food franchise Crown isn't anything to write home about in the looks or ambiance department, but when it comes to fast, hot, flavorful food, not to mention a pizza that won't piss off your Rabbi or Imam, they can't be beat!“

“Actually ate here by mistake. Driving in the area and remembered there was a middle eastern restaurant. Stopped at what I thought was Taste of Lebanon but decided to give it a try. I am extremely glad I did. I ordered a Lamb platter and Kofta Sandwich, both were delicious. The man working was very helpful, patient and generous. Very happy to support the business of such a worker or owner. Lamb Kebab platter 10/10- Pretty much perfect on the day, especially since the Chef cooked it on the Medium side for me. The Lamb itself was delicious and flavored wonderfully. The rice was amazing and was enriched by sautéed onions and some kind of noodle. Nice onion, tomato, and pickle salad mixture. Included Hummus and some kind of rich Yoghurt/Sour Cream which was amazing. Kofta Sandwich 7.5/10- Basic kofta sandwich done well. Good meat, good wrap, good flavor, nice toppings. For the money, an excellent deal. Fantastic food. Great price. What started as an accidental visit will turn me into a return customer. Looking forward to my next meal at Janna.“
