I have not had good luck with Chinese take-out over the last few years. I read the reviews for Hong Kong Garden and they were positive so I thought I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did!I ordered house fried rice, boneless spareribs and pork lo mein. Everything was delicious! The pork was so tender. The homemade duck sauce, which is brown in color, was so good.I'm so happy that I ordered from them and will definitely do so again.

The food has never been bad there. We used to eat there all the time (almost everyday) when we lived nearby. We love the people who own/run the place, and it still is my favorite. The restaurant is filled with typical chinese artwork and culture. Great place to sit down or order take-out.

Yesterday December 12th was my first time there in years. Was hoping it was like I remembered but not!!! Food tasted like the grease was old and quality of the chicken fingers were breading no chicken. Last time I’ll go.

So I don’t usually do this, as a chef…I think people who don’t understand food give bad reviews.. with that said.. I eat Chinese food from China..IMO the Asians are culinary genius’.. so, I always order.. Beef Chow Fun in American Chinese restaurants.. marinated beef, wide rice noodles, scallions and thin white.onions and bean sprouts.. when done rite , it’s … idk.. the best tasting and texture dish. Well this restaurant nailed it!! It was absolutely delicious and perfect! I hope it’s the same the 2nd time I order it..you’ll thank me later.. BEEF CHOW FUN!!! ❤️?

Been 7 years and new owners so gave it a try. Dine-in is a very generous description for two picnic table type places in an ugly storefront. Didn't call ahead as everyone else did so it took over 30 minutes for hot and sour soup, steamed dumplings and Singapore Mei Fun. Soup was made on the spot and delicious. A small serving is enough for 4 people in a quart jar. Dumplings were less successful; too doughy and the filling was meh. The mei fun was delicious. Good cleaver work in soup and this dish making small pieces of tofu, chicken and pork; restrained use of curry powder (good); nice egg; scallion, noodles just right. Hard working expert window service. One customer went away sorrowing as they did not have her order anywhere. Suggested she called a different restaurant? Other customers ordering huge family sized orders taking out in cartons. Oof. Quite an experience. Will call ahead for next take-out. Took menu home.
