My wife and I were in the area and wanted to try a different place for takeout and Jack Chen II was on our way home. The food was very good and fresh, and our order was ready right on time. We got a pu pu platter for 2 with house fried rice, and a small order of chicken teriyaki. We would order from here again.
Love the food and love the people always, it was close to closing time and they let us sit and enjoy our meal. Amazing portions for the price! Best Chinese food around compared to Wong Wok and Little Panda??
I'm in the middle of moving so i ordered delivery service and they did a good job on that - something that seems difficult around here. the prices are a bit steep for the quality - it's ok, more like fast-food Chinese. however, I ordered again and paid extra on two items for duck sauce and never received them. I called right away and was told the manager would call me. an hour+ later, still no call. I called again, this time someone called in 15minutes. they blamed it...
