Do not let the neighborhood scare you!Wanted to thank Erica <-- hope I spelled it correct. She went above and beyond. I walked in with my toddler on my hip & my 10yr old. My 10 year old was visibly upset for dropping a soda and perfusly apologized. Erica kept reassuring her it was okay. Help us out to the car and waited for me to strap my toddler in and made sure my 10yr old got into the car before handing us our food.

I had a wonderful experience today at KFC thanks to Erika! She provided excellent customer service and treated me with so much kindness and respect. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order, and her positive attitude really stood out. It’s not every day you meet someone who makes you feel so welcomed, but Erika definitely did. Thank you for making my visit such a great one!
