“Table of 9. 600$ bill Stated Sea food allergy at the beginning. Even sat ourselves to make it easier one side non sea food. Our server really was trying but seems to have been thrown into the mix with minimal training. Didn't explain hot pot or the concept to us at all to start. Then had us all order seperately even though they stated that plates were small single orders but when our food came it was all mixed together on big plates. Sea food with items ordered from the person with allergies. When we asked "is that sea food" we received the answer "I don't know." And then had to determine it was in fact fish. We weren't really told what most of the items were as they came to table, a lot of "I don't know what that is" answers. Food was decent but I couldn't tell you the specific names of most of the meats served because everything was so mixed up coming out. That being said the Kobe beef looked more like lean angus not marbled. Cooked items (fried dough) touching raw items (beef) on a plate. When asked about it was told it's fine. They didn't bring the hot pot base until most of the food was on the table people were missing noodles etc until halfway through. Couple of drink mix ups. Which fine, bumpy, we were working with the servers who didn't have answers for us, it's fine, they offer to take things back, reorder especially because of the sea food allergy. Then. A manager comes out and informs us that we have a lot of food and how we can be upcharged for uneaten food. And how our server was in the back crying (but no one from our table was angry or short with them I can understand being overwhelmed it was a large table but why were we getting a guilt trip) So first they mess up the orders on sea food allergies which they didn't seem concerned about then try to blame us for the reorders. I really didn't appreciate it for a birthday dinner. I left very upset.“
