seen this food truck for months finally decided to give it a go... was not busy 1 person ahead a me. I got the birria tacos. they came w cucumber slices lime wedges and a big slice a avocado with the consomme. order took roughly 10 minutes prob less. these tacos were top tier indeed. perfectly cheesy n packed nicely def didn't skimp out but not overly packed just right. 4 came in the order. paired these with a lime jarritos and it was fantastic. it came w a green sauce not...

Aright, y'all, I am as white as they come. I don't speak or read Spanish, so mostly-Spanish writing for the menu and description of food items has always been a little intimidating to me. However, I work right on Main Street in Springfield, so the food trucks around the area have always interested me. Once upon a time a couple of years back, I went to a separate food truck and was treated extremely poorly, so I was hesitant to venture down to the same area and try again....
