we went to the drive-thru I'ma Liberty Street restaurant, at 11:05 a.m., ordered two coffees. paid for it no problem and then when we got to the next window there were three or four people inside talking and basically doing nothing. There was no one in the restaurant and there was five cars behind us. We watched as they talked and just took forever to refill a cream dispenser.
