I simply called Delivery Express and let them know what happened. The employee who answered the phone (who's name escapes me at the moment) apologized profusely and had had another pizza delivered. I want to thank Delivery Express for making things right so quickly and without any hassle. And a special 'Thank you' to the the delivery driver, Heather, who's customer service skills were top notch!
