I spend a lot of money in this casino and can't even win $20.then you get some people that come in and win all the time.something seems off with this casino.and when they have drawings on Saturday night it is always the same people that get called.I don't think I have ever been called. I am done with this place

Dark, sad, no excitement going on whatsoever. Nobody winning, nobody having fun. Went to play roulette and blackjack and half the seats had monitors that didn't work. No employees anywhere in site. No one walking around serving drinks to the players. Just not a happy experience

It is my first time to do the casino. Some croupier or dealer are not nice for me who is a first timer. For me it is a medium sizes casino as what i see on movies. Free refreshments. Free parking space

There is one service desk for everything. Inquiries, player cards and cashing ships and tickets.Sunday early evening. Only 2 cashier windows open. Long line to get cash.Elderly people everywhere in line.We ended up standing in line for 40 minutes!!!I asked to speak to the manager of this service desk, and I told him this was un-acceptable.He told me "nothing i can do.. if you want, you can apply for a cashier job".So.. that's that. They could care less.Hopefully people will stop going there.

I had booked this hotel as it was close to some museums which we planned to see and also because it was centrally located in town. I didn't really appreciate that this is a full-blown Las Vegas style casino with an attached hotel. That's mostly on me I guess, but just be aware. If you are seeking a place to stay and play slots or table games, this may be ideal. If you are just looking for a straight up hotel, this may not be your best choice. The room itself was nice and spacious. We both liked the shower set-up a lot also. And it was quiet despite being downtown and connected to a casino. Parking was somewhat of an issue. They have an enormous 7-story parking garage. When we came back from dinner around 7 p.m. on a Sunday night, there were no spaces on levels 1 - 5 and only a few on level 6. Luckily they do have space-available indicators on each level to assist with whether to go hunting there. I think parking was free, though there was some sort of 'resort fee' that may partially be for parking (?). It was really crowded in the evening (but deserted in the morning). You then have to walk a ways to the elevator, ride that down, and hike by the entire gaming floor to get to the hotel lobby. It makes any trip out of the hotel a significant event (probably by design). We were looking for a place to get breakfast before we checked out. There appeared to be no restaurants within easy walking distance. However, we asked at the front desk and were told about 'South Market', an apparently shops / dining court at the far end of the hotel. I had not seen any reference to this on their website while actually looking for dining options. We walked down and located it. They offered large breakfast combos for $10. The price was good, but it was impossible to finish. I'd recommend 2 people splitting one.Depending on what you want / need, this place may be a good option. If you just want convenient adjacent parking, a simple room, and maybe a simple complimentary breakfast in the lobby, this isn't for you.

First visit was special. My wife and I had a great time visiting the casino. Parking on a early Saturday afternoon was no problem. We love the no smoking and spread out machines with a clean environment. The coffee and soda stations are wonderful. Something all casinos should consider. They are making their money from the patrons so why not!Grabbed a quick bite of lunch which was delicious and reasonably priced. We have been to Vegas a number of times along with Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Cas

I came to stay for just one night and wished I would have stayed longer. The room were spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and living room felt like home. Would definitely be back.

Room was clean and comfy, staff were great. Pool area is nice , great place to relax. Enjoyed our food at Macho Taco. Parking garage was gross...glass bottles (broken and unbroken) laying around and 5th floor smelled of urine

Loved the ambiance of the hotel lobby and of the rooms. We enjoyed the bowling alley; it was pricey though. The hours for the eateries could be adjusted to better serve. Also, would’ve liked a better selection of places to eat. The casino is small but nice. Non-smoking which is a plus.

I love how much time and thought went into making this hotel and casino well decorated, comfortable and fun! I have never stayed at a hotel that put so much effort into making the rooms looks nice. And the best part was that it was so affordable!

The staff accommodated our last minute needs very well. We were able to get adjoining rooms and I am sure it was not easy as it was a weekend and very busy. We really were appreciative. The rooms were clean as well. Only disappointment was the lighting and a place to put on make-up for the gals.

The staff was incredible. The casino was so clean! We were even upgraded for free (total surprise) when we checked in to the Hotel. My husband and I will be back for sure! So lucky to have this casino.

First time staying at the MGM in Springfield MA. Was impressed how nice the hotel is and how comfortable the rooms are...Also, the food court has a lot of variety and is and they offer discounts for seniors!

The room was fantastic. The pool was very clean, the casino is small but still lots to play amazing moving theater. Lots of options for food on the property. The front desk was very kind it was near the dr seus museum which was fun for my son.

The hotel was amazing! The rooms warm and comfortable. The only down fall is the key access to get back in the main door after hours, tried for ten minutes and it would not work. There is no buzzer so thankfully had my phone to call the hotel number. This number puts you through to someone who has to try and get front desk worker. Not a safe set up to have hotel guest have to be stuck outside for over a 20 min time period.
