I don’t like spreading negativity and try to address things professionally and privately but the clear disregard today was disappointing. I’ve always loved the salads here but I wish they would work on their customer service- and by the looks of the reviews, I’m not the only one. Mistakes happen, we’re human, however, the woman I encountered today when I addressed that my salad was made incorrectly was dismissive and sharp in tone. When I attempted to politely address her in person about her customer service she was extremely defensive. Even if there was some misunderstanding or that wasn’t her intention, a simple acknowledgement would have been sufficient. If you want your customers to feel valued and continue to look to you for service treat them that way. My experience resulted in me asking for a refund and most likely never returning.

I don’t know how this place does not have a lot more negative reviews by far one of the most unprofessional pizzerias in Springfield they always have these women answering a phone calls. They always have a bad attitude and when they make them mistake on the orders, they force you tie they pay for it or come in to replace it because they do not do a refunds

They have gotten so rude. I’ve ordered many times before and they are helpful. Whoever they have on the phone currently needs to go. I called asking if they have any specials going on for pick up and with attitude she goes “ pizzaworks.com” instead of stating what specials they have. loosing customers if it keeps up.

My crispy chicken salad had half a lemon in it for some reason. The chicken tasted like burnt grease and lemon. It's usually OK food, so i don't know what happened but I'm not going back.

I’ve had pizza works a few times over the years, but was pretty disappointed in their food today, had a chicken cutlet grinder, and the lettuce was not at all fresh and wilted, chicken tasted like it was left over from yesterday.. pretty upsetting and had to throw it out, but doesn't mean I won’t order from them again. Just hopefully they’ll be more mindful with checking food and ingredients.

Ordered a pizza for pick up. For some reason they deliver it and when the driver gets to the door he's extremely rude. It wasn't supposed to be delivered so I had to go get the money and as I'm handing it to him he tells me to hurry up. Not only that but the order isn't even correct. We usually order from there often but this time was an awful experience.

Customer Service is not what it used to be, sometimes you get someone who is polite and other times you get someone who is beyond rude. You can sense their attitude as soon as they answer. They have forgotten to mute their phones and have said some rude and disrespectful things about the person calling.
