Old school vibes. Great customer service at this down home breakfast treasure. Everything is delicious and the price is right. I had the blueberry pancakes and bacon with hot cocoa. Delicious!!! I’ll be back.

i walked in with my infant, no one acknowledged me. a couple walks in, they get acknowledged. one girl even told our waitress she did not wipe down our table and the waitress took that info, ignored it, and tended to the people who came in AFTER us. 0/10. i used to love this place.

Went in Ordered my food after five minutes sat there for 25 minutes Food still wasn't on the grill got up and left I realize it's Sunday morning and it's busy but you should train your cooks to be a little quicker I wasn't the only one sitting around waiting for my food

Stopped in to get a bite to eat and this place as mentioned in reviews is a hidden gem, worth stopping in and giving it a try, the service was great and friendly, the atmosphere was very humble and food was great and made to order. I definitely would come again and would recommend it.

If your looking for a good diner take out or dine in ( i did take out) this would have to be my top choice, very kind, very friendly atmosphere, good was amazing. Breakfast sandwiches were perfect and if you like crispy bacon they know what that means and will satisfy your crispy craving. I had the apple pancakes that had actual chunks of apples and the pancakes were thick fluffy and very good. Would definitely get again and reccomend to others

We visited Russ’s for a Saturday breakfast and we really enjoyed the food and the vibe. We picked this place because of its authentic vibe and the easy access from Bradley airport. Walking in this diner is like traveling in a time machine! The booths, the old individual music boxes on each table, and an open kitchen with a breakfast bar seating area are all part of Russ’s charm. The food was great, however I would say they are on the greasy side. Overall we really enjoyed visiting this local diner and we will come back next time we are in town.
