Ate here a few dozen times for breakfast while at Baystate. Five stars for a combo of above average diner food, excellent and friendly service. Lots of times the waitresses and cook will break out into song with the radio and a few times so did the patrons, kind of fun. But the real shining star here are their specialty pancakes usually only around on the weekends.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to. EVERYTHING was terrible. I threw everything away after 2 bites because of the quality and I didn't want to risk getting food poisoning as well. Inside smelled like a bathroom. You could almost taste it. Not Mexican food. Barely call this food in general.

Salsa's has a nice variety of Mexican and El Salvadorian dishes. The food itself tasted pretty good (like the bean & cheese pupusas!), but the tamales weren't a hit with my family.

I ordered the chuletas with salad, rice and beans. The flavor of the rice and beans is unique and unmatched, at least in my experience, any where here in this area. The chuletas were deep fried to chrispy chicharones goodness,I love this restaurant!!! Definitely doesn't look the greatest on the outside but the food is awesome!! The papusas are great! One of my favorite things from this restaurant!

they shouldn't open Sundays😣. We asked for 3 different items and either they didn't have them or couldn't make them....

i have been coming to this restaurant for many years. i love the salvadorian and mexican food all in one setting. but as of lately they have not been the beat possible. the hours of operations are changed by the employees. they missed food and the. told me that they are ready to close and apologize for the inconvenience. it seems that the service here is getting worse by time. Food is also loosing quality and persistence. hopefully they get back to what they do best

Food is pretty good. Can't complain. Only thing I would say is the wait is kind of long when you eat in. But when you get the food it's worth it an comes in a good portion. Sometimes they don't have what you want, or are out of certain things, but no one's perfect. They're very very kind.

I visited this place with high hopes. The waitress barley understood English, did not check IDs on anyone who was drinking beers, and I saw some sort of insect on the ground right after we got our food. As soon as I looked up to mention it to my husband he was on the verge of throwing up as there was a bug in his food!!!! WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY!! I mention my experience to a friend who had visited the restaurant as well with her father and said he as well had found a bug in his food. This is probably not the first or second occurrence I'm guessing, so please check your meals before eating for bugs if you end up visiting this place!!

So quaint and the food was delicious, I can tell everything was made fresh!

We have only had their food to-go, but everything they make tastes homemade, authentic, and absolutely delicious. They serve GREAT El Salvadoran pupusas and I seriously can never get enough. The pupusas come with your choice of filling including bean, bean & cheese, pork, and as well as a side of picked coleslaw. This place is a hole - in - the - wall and they only speak Spanish so it can be difficult ordering over the phone.
