I ordered chicken Alfredo take out … the garlic bread that came with the meal was good , along with a nice salad … but the chicken Alfredo had noooo flavor , thick Alfredo sauce but extremely bland .. the chicken seemed like they use a chicken patty which was also bland , but the breading was soggy …

Horrible, 3rd time I order and my food is over cooked . Tuna sub was dried , I made an order yesterday for Steak and cheese and received something else , bacon was burnt , can't seem to get it right . I'll take my money else where

Ok, so let me start with saying that for the type of pizza they serve (square cut) I really will give a rating out of 5 stars a 3.75 and not a solid 4 stars compared to other pizzas I have tasted (New Haven/Mystic, Milford/NY, etc.) but, for their area I will say they are the best take out pizza in Springfield with only Red Rose and Brunos competing for take out so for that reason they can rate up to the 4 stars rather than down to 3 stars. (Side note: Red Rose is the best for a dine in experience. Bruno's is great for the cheese they use but overall Sianos takes a slight lead for take out meaning its a go 2 for delivery but for dine in Red Rose by far). Sianos has a consistent combo of sauce which is solid and cheese. I usually get cheese pizzas but sometime get toppings. They also have a great crust and thinking on it now the crust rarely goes to waste which says something about the dough they use. Its a solid pizza to eat for left overs with the crust tasting even better. Service is down to earth friendly and I have not of yet experienced delays with orders. Its not really built to dine in but the option is there as they have some table booths set up. I can tell this establishment is passionate about thier pizza making and truthfully looks like they got good history in thier area so it stands to be respected. I am a pizza snob so if it wasn't for that and this was the only place I've known for pizza I would say this place is a 8 out of 10 but as I know better I will give it a 7.25 for pizza. They also have great wings that are crispy. I usually get garlic parm which is a nice good dry rub style and will give them a 8.75 for thier wings. Grinders are ok and they got a good selection of chips that seem to be unique/local as well but I mainly get the cheese pizza and wings that make a great combo to eat together. Its very hard for me to order a pizza without getting the wings as well. Like I said a go 2 place to patronize.

The pizza was bland with no flavor whatsoever. The diningroom was cold and unstaffed. The pizza was slapped on a folded box & was cold even though it took almost 45 min . 1st and last time going there. Also the parking lot was very dark needs more lights

Steak grinder was nasty

Placed an order of party pizza for delivery, spelled out the street address. Made payment with credit card. Recieved a call from delivery driver 45 minutes later telling me he is in my address for the delivery, it turns out they gave him wrong street.The pizza arrived an hour later. Delivery driver was rude because I didn't include tip.

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza last night and they gave me a honey mustard one instead!!! Who eats honey mustard pizza!?! 🤮 I almost threw up and it was right before they closed so I couldn’t even speak to anyone about it!!! Waist of money and I went to bed hungry 🤦🏾‍♂️
