The Springfield location seems a bit disorganized. This was a 2nd visit attempt after trying to visit last Spring and the kiosks werent working and drive thru was closed so ended up just leaving. Many of the kiosk stalls dont actually work. And if you order ahead via the app and check in no one responds unless you go to the drive thru. We did have some food and condiments missing but didnt realize until too far away. The seasonal drinks right now are pretty amazing!
Went around 10:40-11am they're seemed to be one girl working at that time. She made my large order in less time than the app said. The food was great! Everything was hot and made exactly as I requested. The following day I said I wish that Sonic were in Hartford. From now on every time I go to MA I'll be stopping by Sonic on Boston Rd.
Visited today. Ordered lots of food including 4 drinks which of 2 were ice teas. There was MOLD floating in our cups after we couldn’t figure out why the iced tea tasted exactly like that- MOLD. The Staff at the drive through was disrespectful after we politely said thank you for the food, she rolled her eyes clearly hating her job. First and last time at sonic.
