I walked over from Springfield dental nearby. I arrived at this subway with my 3 kids, the lady there gave us bad stares to start off as soon as we walked in. I stepped outside because I had connection issues trying to make a call to my bank and because it’s cold I thought I would leave my teens inside mind you my teens are not rowdy or wild, check the cameras, according to my kids they were talking, then my daughter went to look at the cookies. She says are you all set? My daughter said no and that’s all she said because she was waiting for me to return from finishing my call with my bank. I walk back in and I let my son leave because he had to get to school. At this point not even 10 minutes have passed. Check the cameras. She is taking care of an officer, she felt the need to stop her sub prep to ask me if we were gonna order anything because she cannot have us in the store. Talking bout she’s doing her job. We are not thieves we’re not rude we were just waiting so I can make my bank transfer so I can buy my kids food. I left because I am not giving my money to businesses like this. In plain o cold like we were bums from the street. I rather go waste money elsewhere. She needs to learn that not everyone has the same privileges they do. She doesn’t know what I’m going through or what my situation is. She could’ve just waited and let me do what I had to do because it wasn’t interfering with her job literally looked scared like we were gonna steal some cold cuts. Made me and my daughters very uncomfortable calling me out like that like I had done something wrong in front of an officer. Maybe 12 minutes total! I lasted at this establishment! Do better this was uncalled for and very unprofessional not to mention embarrassing. Never will I set foot here again. 4 subs walked out. Is it her loss or your business’s loss? ✌️

Today Tuesday July 1 2025 between 7pm and 7:30pm I had asked my dad if he can pick me up a meal from Subway and it was the absolute worst sandwich I’ve ever had from any Subway they hide the meat and cheese behind a metal thing now so my dad didn’t realise that the lady didn’t put any cheese or grilled chicken on my sandwich and basically just gave me a BLT but still charged me for a grilled chicken with bacon so my dad brought my sandwich back and instead of her giving me a new sandwich she heated up the chicken put it on my sandwich and then reheated the entire sandwich again with all the vegetables so when I opened it when my dad got back it was not a sandwich it was so soggy I basically had a soup with most of the liquid drained out and my sandwich fell on the floor and my dog ate it because it bled through the paper and ripped a hole right through the paper so for whoever made my sandwich I hope for now on during your shift you get all the worst customers because I just spent my last $20 on food I didn’t even get to eat and if it wasn’t for the greedy dog in this house that loves to steal everyone’s food I would’ve showed a picture of that mess of a so-called sandwich

I got a sandwich off of doordash from this subway! I decided to add bacon to my sandwich unfortunately when I went to go take my last bite I looked down and saw raw bacon! I'm completely disgusted and afraid that I will get good poisoning! Please before you start eating look at your meal before! I completely wish I did!

1st time ordering on the app and will do more often! 4 footlongs for less than $30! And everyone loved them. All orders were exact and I was in and out in less than a minute. Very professional and clean and will be back.
Parking: Very easy and well lit parking. Easy exit onto side street if you don't want to go back on Sumner Ave.

The cleanest, fastest, greatest workers of any subway I have been to! They always know my order and they have it prepared and handed directly to me from my online order. There’s a lot of foot traffic which tells you a lot. The customer service is fantastic! They are properly trained, and can tell they care about their work, it shows in the quality of the food. ?

Not suppose to be toasted so couldn't eat to hard. I got it to eat hours later
Ordered 2 grinders w/chips & fountain drinks. Nozzles on fountain drinks were dripping a off white thick substance mixed w/what looked like mold from them. I asked to pay to up grade to bottled drinks. When home noticed 1 bag of chips had been nibbled through on the bottom corner. Made for a hard to swallow meal.
