The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only...

This is the subway of my childhood and frankly they keep getting better. Employees were extremely professional and polite. Food was being turned out faster than I could read the menu. Hands down the best experience I've had at a Subway in a long time.
