Night shift refusing orders putting the system that they are closed feb 23rd 1am when they close at 3am. Been waiting 40 minutes going very slow pace. When its finally my turn it is closed. The woman taking payments turned her back basically refusing customer service and walking away.

Staff were awesome, friendly, courteous but the food was atrocious. Fast food has really gone downhill. I know it's fast food and I know what to expect but lord it was bad. These big corpo chains are really charging crazy prices for swine slop ordered from a kiosk. The cherry on top is the sting of 300 year old piss that hits you as soon as you walk through the door. Please clean the bathrooms.

Food was good and the service was great I only went through the drive through so I can't speak on the atmosphere inside but the drive through window was kind of hard to spot I almost passed it

I've never felt the need to write a review in my entire life until I came to this taco bell. I've worked in fast food for 3 years and I have never seen anything like this. We waited 50 minutes for an order that was placed online before we even walked through the doors. We watched the drive thru fill up and empty out twice and door dash drivers come back twice before we were even helped once. Then, the female employee lied to our face and said she handed the food to us when she hadn't and then claimed we didn't pay for our food despite the fact that we were showing her our phone with the evidence of payment and our order number on it. She was not only rude and belligerent towards us, but also her fellow employees. When we got our food, it was ice cold and very clear that it had been sitting there just as long as we were. She needs to be fired and her fellow employees deserve a raise simply for working with her.

Literally got trapped in the drive thru for about 45 minutes because of how long it was taking. The way the drive thru has been set up forces you to commit to getting the food because its only one lane with concrete curbs and bushes on each side. Waited all that time only for them to be out of 3 of the items I wanted.

I am truly disgusted and disappointed. I was looking forward to eating my new cheeze it meal?. I take a bite and I feel weird so I open it and i discover a booger inside my taco or whatever it’s called. I am truly disappointed, this is insane and unsanitary this is worse than McDonalds. Count your days Taco Bell because they will be coming to an end shortly.
