This location is great, the staff is always great, too! I would have given 5 stars but the most recent visit our baked potatoes were hard/under done (but they usually aren't, I love them). The entrance is always tight on a weekend also.
As a 63 year old adult, they sat me in a little chair at the end of the booth my friends sat. They should have recognized how uncomfortable I was and offered different seating for the group.
The boneless chicken was dried to the point of wood. Ugh! So disappointed. My favorite, fried pickles, were soft and mushy. Springfield's Texas Road house sucked! Go to Hadley's TRH... sooooo muchhhhh, bettttter!

Food and service have both been good. I like that they use chilled plates for the salads. I also appreciate that they seem to work as a team. If your food is ready it may not be your server bringing it to you, it may be someone else but that means they don't let the food sit if your server is not available.
