although we have stayed at this hotel before , this new stay was indeed terrible. The hotel is under renovations and should not be open during this time if the basic accomodations cannot be provided...... the lobby was closed and we registered at a small hole in the wall area near the back door . There was no hot water in the shower either at night or in the morning and we were told from the staff we complained totheyhad no idea what was goiong on at the hotel. I wish I got to experience the entire hotel before they started renovation...but the location is perfect (downtown) my view from my room was amazing and I cant wait to go back after the renovation is complete!

My stay was comfortable and the staff were warm and friendly. Only concern was that it was very loud and disruptive over the weekend.other than that I'd stay there on my next trip
