“The food is pretty much always made well, including having crispy COOKED bacon instead of that undercooked floppy nearly raw bacon that others send out the door. And my burgers are always hot and fresh. The service leaves a lot to be desired tho... sometimes they are downright rude, other times they dont understand ANYTHING i say including the word no. I literally waited a few days ago in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and it was only me and 1 car in front of me.

“The Wendy's store in Springfield, Massachusetts have an issue with their frosty machine.Every time I go to buy a frosty day.They tell me it is broken and only a chocolate is available when it Is repaired, it should be fixed right?The first time this has happened 4 or 5 times could be more.I'm just so used to them telling me it's broken“
