Go to any other Wendy's in the area! This Wendy's is a joke. Management are kids who have not had any training of any kind let alone management training. The place is disgusting trash everywhere inside and outside. There is nothing Fast about this fast food chain!

I love Wendy's I really do and I do like this location but the last time I went there it was a disappointing and hilarious visit... when I went I side they said that I had to go through drive through then they didn't have several items and only had 2 cause types at that time. In the end my friend and I laughed it off due to them actually giving me so much pickles it filled a small cup for chilly ( I asked for a handful of pickles on the side ) 😅.. i was very happy they obliged my pickle addiction hahaha.. also for some reason I ended up with cheese on my chicken sandwich that I didn't ask for and did t really know how I felt about it ... lol

Anti-Veterans? Wendy's was offering Veterans free breakfast combo today on Veterans Day. Drove to this particular location and a small handwritten note states, "will open at 11am." Interesting, breakfast is from 6:30am-10:30am. It appears this Wendy did not want to serve Veterans "Free" breakfast today! I drove to Wendy's at West Springfield 15 minutes away and got my free breakfast. Thank you Wendy's at West Springfield!

I thought the purpose of a drive through at a fast food restaurant was for food to be served fast . Waiting as long as I did just to have my order taken, let alone food made and served, is just unacceptable. I get the fact it's after midnight and the staff is short handed but when there are zero people in line waiting for food/ordering there should be no excuse

The food quality is one of the best out there. Prices are getting up, but again the quality is worth it. The parking is pretty decent. I tried the Krabby Patty, I got disappointed. It tasted like thousand island with a small spicy touch. But is a temporary thing so still 5 stars for food. Online orders get mixed up too often.

The black lady that was taking the orders today had a very rude and condescending attitude then when I snapped back she got all offended. SMH, be nice then if ya don't want people to snap back.
The food is delicious but I don't appreciate condescending attitudes, that's why I gave a zero star review.

I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's recently. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to receive cold food when I finally got my order. The slow service and lack of quality were really frustrating. Definitely not up to standard.They were all talking and joking. When brought the food didn't even apologize for the wait.
