I recently ordered a pizza from Wild Olive via DoorDash and had a very disappointing experience. In the special instructions, I specifically requested no feta cheese as the pizza was for vegans. To my surprise, the pizza arrived with mozzarella cheese, which is not listed on the menu.

When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the staff unhelpfully told me it was up to DoorDash to reimburse me. Later, I received a call back only to be asked what type of cheese was used, showing a complete lack of understanding of my complaint.

Overall, I am disgusted with the service and lack of accountability from Wild Olive. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have dietary restrictions or preferences.

Terrible environment upon walking in. Extremely hot. There is really zero effort to make the customer comfortable. The workers and people who are in the back are constantly not at the register. I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes before just for them to even notice I was there. The food was gross and flavorless. Specifically the pizza we got. I hope someone better buys this place eventually because the potential is so high. Just lack of effort on their part.

Saw pic on their menu of a Margareta Pizza. Looked really good. Unfortunately, that's not what i received. It was the worst one i've ever eaten. No fresh mozzarella, tiney pieces of Basil. Learn to make one to match pic on your menu!

Horrible service told me they couldn't deliver to my neighborhood on the weekend not sure but it made me feel a certain type of way so I cancelled my order

Would’ve liked to have known before hand that a restaurant is closed instead of saying open and waiting over an hour to find out that my order will not be coming because they’re closed

I always get my chicken wings with French fries from there and fried Oreos. They don’t miss with there wings fried hard. My food is always good. I always eat there garlic Parmesan wings fried hard, buffalo wings and definitely the lemon pepper wings fried hard.

Best grinder I have ever eaten. The artisan bread was amazing and soft. Food was perfectly cooked to order. Toppings were to satisfaction. Employees are friendly and understanding when it came to order taking. Highly will recommend and will definitely be eating at WILD OLIVE AGAIN ☺️
