Whoever was working the drive through on 10/20/2024 around 11:30 should focus less on gossiping, using foul language, distracting the cooks and focus more on getting orders done correctly. After confirming our order twice they still got the order wrong and only gave us 1 out of the 3 sandwitches. Then after telling them we need two more they gave us the entirely wrong thing we ordered. The sandwitches were a mess how they were cut, the bagels were cold and it just was not worth it. When the the two other sanwitches came out it was the wrong kind of bagel too.

The bagels are made fresh daily. They sell day old bagels for a discounted price. The eggs are not microwaved, and the meat for the sandwiches are not microwaved either. Everything is made on a short order grill. I drive 30 mins out of my way to have someone ride do it right. I have not found a place within Worcester County that does it this good.

I have been coming in once a week for the last few months and always enjoy my breakfast. I am beyond impressed with the quality and size of my breakfast sandwich every time. I usually have half for breakfast and half for lunch. I get the turkey bacon on a plain bagel with fresh lettuce and tomato, and have yet to get tired of it. It's loaded with turkey and they are never cheap with the bacon. I'm thrilled to see them throw on fresh bacon every time I order because that is unheard of at places like this these days. I never wait more than a few minutes and I'm out the door with a great breakfast each time.
Let's start with the arrogant, condescending, rude owner and his posse of old crony friends that are always hanging out in the corner ogling women as they walk in the door. Then add the fact that it seems to be impossible to get an order correct at the drive-thru speaker, needs to be repeated several times, EVERY TIME, then the order is still wrong. Today, after exchanging pleasantries at the window about my incorrect order yet again, (I'm being extremely facetious), said owner yells out the drive-thru window these words exactly "If you want to be served by slaves you should go down the street!" Four times he screamed this at me with at least three other cars behind me and several customers inside the store, while my daughter was sitting in the front seat hearing all of this. Bottom line here...the bagels are unfortunately delicious, which is why I have put up with this ridiculous behavior in the past, but the service is notoriously horrible. Today was on a whole other level that makes me wonder how they stay in business treating people the way that they do.

This place is soo good and relatively inexpensive! Amazing bagels, great coffee. I was impressed that the sausage isn’t a sad gray sausage patty, I think it was linguica or something similar. I went through the drive thru which was so helpful with having a baby in the car! So good, definitely going back!
