I have been coming in once a week for the last few months and always enjoy my breakfast. I am beyond impressed with the quality and size of my breakfast sandwich every time. I usually have half for breakfast and half for lunch. I get the turkey bacon on a plain bagel with fresh lettuce and tomato, and have yet to get tired of it. It's loaded with turkey and they are never cheap with the bacon. I'm thrilled to see them throw on fresh bacon every time I order because that is unheard of at places like this these days. I never wait more than a few minutes and I'm out the door with a great breakfast each time.

The breakfast sandwiches are good, but all the bagels and cream cheese taste like onion for some reason, even the sweet ones. Also my order is consistently wrong when I pull up to receive it, and they have to scramble to fix it. I want to like this place, but recently it's not been worth it.

Let's start with the arrogant, condescending, rude owner and his posse of old crony friends that are always hanging out in the corner ogling women as they walk in the door. Then add the fact that it seems to be impossible to get an order correct at the drive-thru speaker, needs to be repeated several times, EVERY TIME, then the order is still wrong. Today, after exchanging pleasantries at the window about my incorrect order yet again, (I'm being extremely facetious), said owner yells out the drive-thru window these words exactly "If you want to be served by slaves you should go down the street!" Four times he screamed this at me with at least three other cars behind me and several customers inside the store, while my daughter was sitting in the front seat hearing all of this. Bottom line here...the bagels are unfortunately delicious, which is why I have put up with this ridiculous behavior in the past, but the service is notoriously horrible. Today was on a whole other level that makes me wonder how they stay in business treating people the way that they do.

This place is soo good and relatively inexpensive! Amazing bagels, great coffee. I was impressed that the sausage isn’t a sad gray sausage patty, I think it was linguica or something similar. I went through the drive thru which was so helpful with having a baby in the car! So good, definitely going back!

This place is wonderful. The food is fresh and tasty. They make their bagels from scratch and, you would never guess you were not in Brooklyn when you bite into one. Real, chewy, pillowy, flavorful, NY style bagels made from start to finish. And the owners are so kind. I am now a regular and once you try it, you will be, too.
