I couldn’t understand what the girl was saying, and instead of clarifying, she just turned up the volume like I was hard of hearing. I felt like I was on a game show where the goal was to guess my order while being scolded. Plot twist: I lost.
After all that drama, it still took over five minutes for them to make my coffee, which somehow came out wrong. I ordered a regular coffee, but they handed me a cup of pure regret with a splash of bitterness—probably tears from whoever else they yelled at before me.
Long story short, I left with my dignity in shreds and a coffee I didn’t ask for. The drink? Eh, it was fine if you enjoy disappointment in liquid form. The customer service? Michelin-star level… if the stars are upside down. 10/10 would recommend if you’re craving coffee and a good verbal smackdown!”

I’ve put in orders on the app at different locations and most of them still made me wait but this Dunkins always handles it professionally even if it’s busy. I walk in and walk out, it’s ready on the shelf. That’s all I can ask for, thank you
They had to make my coffee twice because they couldn't get my order right I asked for hot coffee I repeated my order r times and still got an ice coffee did the same the second time and Finally got it right good thing I wasn't in a hurry

I stood at the counter waiting to order for a solid 10 minutes. None of the staff acknowledged me and just continued to go about their business. They were running around preparing orders for the drive through and were panicking about the food being burnt and how they were still going to serve it regardless. After that, I left.
