I've heard many good things about Rota's and when our friends wanted to head there for ice cream, we were totally ready to try this place out! We arrived around 5:30 and was not too busy. As we waited, it seemed our line was not moving, which it really wasn't. We waited an hour before we got to the window to order our ice cream, mind you the line was NOT long at all - we had maybe 4 people in front of us.
