This was a place that was very quick and very welcoming place to snag some Mexican food while in Sterling, MA area. Heard about this place and had to check it out. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed speaking with owner & bartender while watching some MLB playoffs.
Of course I have to begin with the enchilada suisaz, and they were outstanding. The outside was perfectly golden and crisp, covered with cheese and the first bite revealed a generous filling of tender, juicy pork that was seasoned beautifully. The flavor was rich and savory, with just the right balance of spices that gave it depth without overwhelming the palate. Every mouthful felt indulgent, yet comforting at the same time. Can't forget the side of beans that were hearty...
