Ordered delivery through the 99 App and when it came one of my meals was forgotten. Just got off the phone with the Stoneham 99 manager (Misty or could have been Missy) and she refused to have another one delivered to me because and I quote “you ordered through a third party so it’s not our fault.” My only option was to come and pick it up when they are the ones that forgot to bag it. I then asked for my money back and she proceeded to tell me I would only get my money back for the meal and not for the $6 delivery charge because yet again “I ordered through a third party”when in fact I ordered through the 99 App. She then proceeded to tell me it would take 7-10 businesses days to get my money back and then hung up on my dad when he tried talking to her. I have been going to this restaurant my whole life and have been ordering delivery for years. Never in my life have I been treated like that. My family will never step into a 99 again…

Affordable but you get what pay for. Very salty but I love the steak flatbread. Good for a meal
Our first time and I'd go again for sure. Lots of menu choices and good variety. I had the honey mustard crispy chicken salad which was great. We ordered the country fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes, gravy, cran sauce, and corn. Then also had bbq chicken wrap with sweet potato waffle fries. Everything was really tasty.

It's 99, so you know the food will be good and the portions reasonable. I haven't been in a 99 in years, because we live in the restaurant wasteland of Gloucester, and this is kind of a treat. Our server, Kelly is great and brought us up to date on the menu.
