Every burger we ordered was wrong. However management would have fixed the issue. Did not have time to get the Whole order replaced.

HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN? The food was DISGUSTING. I’m talking burger pattys so dry it tasted like chalk. The only decent thing was the fries. The mozzarella sticks were gross with firm cheese, soggy onion rings. I mean I Litterally want an enema after consuming the smallest amounts. This place has to go out of business soon. There’s just no way they can keep serving food like this to the public

Quick bullet points:

1. If you don’t have an item, don’t let customers order it on the app (ice cream)

2. Even if they do order ice cream and you are out, when they check in at the menu board, tell them there so they can pick something!

3. If you make it all the way to the window and finally tell them you’re out of ice cream, please give the customer options to replace it instead of staring at the customer expecting the customer to do something about it. I can’t get a refund on the app when half my order is already in my car, and I have no idea what else there was because I specifically went to you for ice cream.

4. Maybe an “I’m sorry” somewhere in there would have helped smooth things over just a bit.

My goodness, I’ve finally become the “back in my day” guy because I swear customer service was better even just 5 years ago. Please do better by your customers

This is by far the worst Burger King ever. I have given them several chances because they are convenient and have some ok vegetarian options, but i have ordered from them dozens of times and I can honestly say that they have gotten my order correct one time in all those times. I have a tomato allergy and the last time they messed up my order, they put tomatoes on all the burgers, they forgot all the drinks and icecreams and forgot a couple of fries. They refused to refund me for any of my order and told me that i complain too much. I told them the only reason i complain is that they mess up the orders all the time. At any rate, i will never order from them again, and if you are wise you would do the same.

Don’t let other reviewers fool you, this place really doesn’t know what they are doing. Seems like they are barely trained, takes them forever to get your food and it’s always not cooked correctly. Don’t want to seem mean, but this is unfortunately the case here.
