The most Delicious pastries, cakes and bread! We got 12 different pastries for a party and honestly everyone kept asking where were they from. They were all Scrumptious! I often get their bread and Birthday cakes....you can't go wrong they're Perfection!

Bought a chocolate covered canoli from here. I expected the filling to have ricotta cheese, but it didn't. It was very disappointing!! I buy a canoli for the delicious ricotta filling. It was filled with a chocolate whip cream with chocolate chips on the ends. Then the girl who checked me out told me the wrong total. It's not on the screen, so I trusted what she told me. They emailed me my receipt because I was a previous customer. The total was more than what I had been told. The receipt asks for feedback on your experience. They responded to my feedback saying "sorry for your experience, but we don't understand the misunderstanding with the total. The screen shows the price for each item and then the total at the end..." With the screen being a certain size and the customer being asked if they want to give a 10, 15, 20, custom, or no tip, you can't see the total in that screen. That response shocked me because of how rude it sounded. The tone was that they didn't care so why ask for my feedback in the first place. We don't understand the misunderstanding? They went on the defense pretty fast. Well they lost a customer, a Stoneham resident, that was bringing their desserts to another city with potential new customers. I would not recommend this place at all. When management responds like they did, it shows they really don't care. This is the third negative experience I have had with this bakery within the past year.

I went into this bakery only to be treated extremely rude by the so called Manger. I called to complain only to have the same person tell me I was rude to her!!!! Do yourself a favor and not go there unless you like being treated like trash

Ordered a cake for my future sister in laws bridal shower...Went over the order specifically, in person, as to colors, what would be on the cake,etc... Then had to have someone other than myself pu due to their late pu policy(Noon) and when the cake arrived at the party it was not correct. I called right away and spoke to an employee that didnt really seem to care about the mistake..Then upon speaking to people in charge it also seemed that they didn't really care either..So needless to say I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.
