Ordered delivery, almost an hour later than the original delivery time and all the food was completely cold. I only live about 10 min away. They use postmates/other delivery services instead of their own drivers, and the when I called, the driver said he had to make some other stops before he came over.
For what it’s worth, when I called the store itself confused, the staff were kind and helpful.

Taylor was extremely pleasant. We ordered and our food was brought to our table within minutes. Taylor was helpful, kind and seems to really enjoy her job. What a great experience my family and I had.

STONEHAM Papa Ginos is great! Taylor the manager and Sam the shift leader are such an amazing team!! Each is beyond friendly and courteous and adds a personal touch to fast food! It’s what Papa Ginos was like in the past. Stoneham team treats each customer with the utmost respect and goes out of their way to provide excellent service!!
