Will not order from here again. Third time in a row they got it wrong and it's just a sandwich. I ordered turkey and got roast beef. Then tonight meatball is what I order and they give me tuna ? and they are not at all busy. No exsuse!! Just bad service and they don't care!! Not impressed at all.

Had a problem ordering cauliflower rice, but getting regular rice. Then fighting customer service that it's the wrong order until they saw the pictures. ? Not a pleasant experience.

The steak tip kabob salad with Greek dressing is my newest favorite from Deliworks. Ask for extra feta. You can never have enough feta cheese! The woman who took my order was never flustered despite the fact that it was crazy busy. I also recommend the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo dinner. I'm getting hungry just writing this!!

Changed hands (for the worse)I heard they got new owners, but not for the better. While the food is basically the same (if not more expensive) I get emails offering discounts that are nearly impossible to use. They need to work on giving straight answers, rather than non-answer mumbles and throwing some rock salt when the weather is bad.

I am so upset right now we have ordered many many times from deliworks and we have had some not so good orders an understanding that happens sometimes. But, today I have no nice words yes it's Superbowl Sunday and your busy but to say my order will be ready at 5:30 then send my daughter away because your hour behind I get it but then not answering my call after 42 times I got hung up on and no person would answer so I could one cancelled part of my order that we no longer would need and 2 to see if our order was ready for pickup before I send my daughter again. I'm am not one bit happy and I'll be sure to bad mouth deliworks for this. Rude is an understatement in this case. I'll also be stopping my payment Thur my card this is unacceptable. So so upset

If I could give no stars I would have they don't deserve this one, the place has gone done hill fast, the staff was more interested in playing on the phone with a prank caller and screwing around than fullfilling orders.an hour an 20 min after my called in order 2 pizza, they still hadn't started it yet 3 other customers were waiting and were clearly tired of the side show shenanigans and all agreed we wernt coming back,I ended up leaving after i called Andrea Pizza with the same order and it was ready in 10 min..

It took 35 minutes for us to get the food we had to take it with us because we had an event we had to be at. It was $30 for two people and the steak bomb was great the pizza was great the french fries were ridiculous there were so many of them however waiting 35 minutes while you watch other people come in and go out for or three items is not right. I'm not sure what happened but I had to go up to the cashier and ask them three times the food was ready

30 dollars for 2 steak tip wraps if l knew there were more than 3 tips l say ok. Prices way to high canceled order went elsewhere.
Nice place, very busy during lunch. Food was very fresh, only 4 stars because there was barely any buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken fingers.

Horrible experience with Deli works.We ordered our lunch at 12pm the food arrived at 1:30. I called at 1:35 about to let them know 2 of our sandwich were incorrect. When I called the receptionist was very rude. She blamed the mistake on me. I asked if they would please send the correct sandwiches and with attitude she reluctantly said yes. By 2:30 we still did not have our food. I called for an update. A nicer man answered and said it was on the way. By 3:30 still no food so I called back once again. I got the same receptionist that was rude to me before. Again she was extremely rude. I explained I called at 1:30 for the 2 incorrect sandwiches and an hour ago I was told they were out for delivery. She rudely told me they were coming. You could tell she was annoyed. Finally by 3:40 the food arrived. I am not happy at all with the customer service from Deli works. I will not be returning in the future nor will any of my family or friends.

Got a steak and cheese yesterday and it made me sick. Filled with grease and burnt beef. Totally went down hill. Looks like they had new faces working.

This place will give 5 guys a run for the money love the burgers and the fries , pizza was delicious worth the ride for a little taste of, Italy beside American Cuisine.
