I am allergic to certain things that if I eat I will go into shock ! And without a eppi pen would die. I did an mobile order at this store and it was not busy. And severed exactly what I can't eat because they could not read the order..... I spoken Dunkins about this because happens regularly! So anyone with food allergies do not goto dunkins any more they do not pay attention. Both Corprate and the stores do nothing and half of manages cannot understand English or listen. It serious issue that has to be addressed. Again I called into Dunkin Corprate and they said would handle this still has ot happen fyi ! To be safe until this figure this issue out go somewhere else if you have food allergies. This is my observations from now going to 5 stores plus. I am driver and I travel around a lot in MA /NH / ME...

The staff here are miserable and helpless! They don’t speak English well and are of very little help! I work in EMS and stopped by with my ambulance to grab some food before the next call, I pulled one of the ladies aside after receiving my order to ask her something and and didn’t understand me. The lady taking orders was dismissive and rude and snappy towards me. People should be respectful, especially people in uniform!!!!!! She said “i don’t care wait for manager” in her intelligible Indian accent. I won’t be returning to this location and would be advising other EMTs and Medics to do the same. Find new staff that know how to make the drinks and food with any kind of care!!!! Disgusting I feel nauseated and disappointed for such a beautiful well kept location.

Id leave 0 stars if I could. No one speaks any English. Went for an interview and ended up just walking out because I was sitting there for 30 mins and no one got the manager. After reading reviews I'm glad I dont work there. It's very blah no decorations or anything. Few times I have ordered from this location it wasn't good at all either. Choose another location!!

I'm a Massachusetts native that returns occasionally for work. I usually look forward to a nostalgic visit to Dunkin Donuts in its own backyard.
I remember the ritual stop on the way to work.. and then on the way home from work seeing it full of fellow construction workers, flirting with the girls behind the counter. She always knew my order.
But when I was in the Boston area recently, I went to 3 different shops in the Woburn Stoneham Wakefield area and this is what they look like. There is no decor to make it feel like Dunkin. The people behind the counter are just grinding away at their job manufacturing coffee drinks.
Its just a coffee kiosk with a Dunkin Donuts sign.

I'm a diabetic and it's very important that any and all employees ask every customer who orders a hazelnut iced coffee if they want a hazelnut shot, that I wanted, or a hazelnut swirl. I wondered why my hazelnut iced coffee tasted so sweet. I had them use splendor instead of sugar. So I got sugar that is very dangerous to a diabetic. It wasn't busy at all and no need to be fast and careless. I'm switching to Starbucks, which is at Stop and Shop. They are meticulous, taking their time making the customers drinks. Also, they don't skimp at all on their ingredients like whip cream, caramel sauce, and crunchy toppings on frozen drinks.

I always order through app and take it out. Food is okay. Service is fine. Though the atmosphere is a little dull. Not a place that you want to sit and eat. Just take it out

I’ve come here a handful of times because it’s closest to my house. I always order ahead on the app and place the order before I leave my house and i’ve never had an order ready on time.Yesterday was the final straw when I came to pick up my order. The store was completely empty with its 3 employees all laughing and chatting at the counter. Mind you I was only picking up a couple donuts. Please tell me what’s the point of ordering 5-10 minutes ahead of time when I still need to get in line and wait to tell you you forgot my order or half my order? This place never gets it right

Only came here once or twice in its time. Meh.Only reason for my review is the horrendous traffic it causes during the morning and after school.Bad enough stoneham high causes a backup,The one way entry and exit from Dunks just adds that extra sweetness to your day. And not in a good sense.Really wish they’d build a back entrance so people can exit easier. Just insanityThere will come a point where we simply can’t drive down here.
