Extremely rude Indian guy had the audacity to rush my order, and waved me away disrespectfully as soon as I paid. As a customer I'm appalled to receive such treatment, I didn't even have a chance to put away my card, not so much as a thank you or have a nice day. The coffee was disgusting.

English is definitely not the first language of any of the employees that I’ve encountered here. 👎🏼 Reading other reviews only confirms this as they too often get the order wrong. 👎🏼 it is an uncomfortable experience ordering here because they don’t understand you. 👎🏼 Also the language barrier impacts the speed in which your order is taken and fulfilled. 👎🏼 So don’t think you will be in and out!
Why does Dunkin insist on putting 2 tea bags in a large hot tea? I didn’t ask for two. I wasn’t offered a choice. 👎🏼 Would it be cheaper with only one tea bag I wonder? $3.50 for a TEA.
Newly renovated, clean & good sized seating area (seats 20: 2 tables of 4, one high table of 6, three tables of 2) 👍🏼 They could definitely fit more tables but at least you’re not on top of each other.
Music 👎🏼 (One Direction, One Republic, Outasight and the like…odd choice since 100% of the customers ‘eating in’ are older 🤷🏼♀️)

On this 1rst day 2025, I ordered 2 latte hot, I received one cold latte ,one slightly warm. I ordered almond croissant,got usual standard croissant but not almond... Complaining is received with an ugly smile from those girls...the tall girl was insulting her colleague in front of me....saying " stupid you are ".... This is the Dunking in 1rst day 2025.

Young kids in afternoon screw around and don't pay attention. I said my coffee order 3 times 2 butter pecan 2 mocha 4 cream they made 4 pumps of everything. Gave me a hard time asking for a chocolate donut. I typically go to the other main st dunkin and I will keep it that way. All the kids were just screwing around and not paying attention to customers thinking it was funny
