Samina was very kind and gave great service, she was working all alone doing both the drive through and the walk ins all on her own but she did great and was very friendly. Dunkin’ Donuts should let her close the drive through if something like this happens, please recognize her for her hard work.

I placed an order at 6:42 not knowing they close at 7 pm. I got there at 6:50 and they already had the door closed. I knocked multiple times and both workers pretended not to see me. They could’ve at least gone to the door to see what I needed. Worst thing was I saw my coffee by on the mobile order try. Very disappointed.

I took a chance and came to this Dunks because our local one is under renovation. As any Massy will tell ya we are dedicated to our Dunks. I initially felt worried it wouldn’t be great but what a surprise it was amazing! The food was outstanding! Slow, slower, slowest drive-thru....there were 7 cars ahead of me, but with 5+ minutes between every order, the resulting wait was 35+ minutes.

One of the 'Staff' that works here thought it would be funny to shoot the scanner laser at my 6 year old daughter who was sitting in the backseat of the car while at the drive thru window.Just a shot in the dark here, while I personally wasn't that angry my daughter certainly was and requested I leave a 1 start review. So here it is, on her behalf.Shoot for the stars, aim high, guys. Learn how to be nice, respectful, and retain customers because I most likely wont be going back there as there are several other Dunks in the area.Thanks!
